We had Freed install a new furnace and AC unit in March '21, and they did a great job! It started with a consultation call to discuss exactly what we needed. On the day of the installation, the workers showed up on time, they placed mats down so our carpet didn't get dirty, they explained how long the project would last, and they stayed true to their word. One of the workers even went above and beyond by helping us resolve a water heater issue. The project ended with a follow up call to ensure we were satisfied. We were so happy with Freed after they replaced our AC unit, we referred them to my mother-in-law to replace her garage heater. They were very polite and prompt. They explained everything up front and performed as promised. The installation crew were the best! They were happy to work and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived!
